汶萊皇家航空位於新加坡樟宜機場內的登機報到櫃台自2020年4月17日起，暫時自第二航廈搬遷至第一航廈。 旅客請至汶萊皇家航空位於樟宜機場第一航廈第14排8-12號的登機報到櫃台辦理相關手續，商務艙旅客、金卡及銀卡會員請至第14排11號。商務艙貴賓室等設施請至 SATS Premier Lounge貴賓室。
