11 July 2024, 2:25 PM
Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend its services to/from Beijing effective 27th October 2024. The final flight to Beijing will be on 26th October 2024. Guests who have booked to travel to/from Beijing with RB before this date will not be affected.
Currently, RB operates flights to Beijing Daxing International Airport twice a week, on Thursdays and Saturdays.
“RB will continue to monitor market conditions and aims to resume its services to Beijing in the future, once the current market conditions have improved. We sincerely apologise to the affected guests and are committed to assisting them with their travels plans to Beijing.” said Captain Sabirin Haji Abdul Hamid, RB Chief Executive Officer.
RB would also like to extend its gratitude to our government stakeholders across People’s Republic of China and Brunei Darussalam, as well as our General Sales Agent (GSA) in People’s Republic of China, Beijing Longway International Travel Service Co Ltd, for their ongoing cooperation and support for this route since its first launch in October 2019.
