Reservations and Payment
Booked flights must be paid for within the time stipulated by the issuing Royal Brunei Airlines office or travel agent. Failure to do so will result in booking cancellation.

Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds may be subject to applicable cancellation fee. Contact your nearest Royal Brunei Airlines office to find out the amount applicable to your fare type. Please note that Royal Brunei Airlines reserves the right to issue a refund to the person who originally purchased the ticket, and to refuse refund applications made later than 30 days after the ticket expiry date.
