Royal Brunei Airlines is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced General Sales Agents (GSAs) to represent and promote our airline’s commercial interests in Saudi Arabia. The selected GSA will be responsible for Passenger sales, marketing, customer service, and other related activities to drive passenger revenue growth and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and marketing of RB’s products and services in Saudi Arabia.
- Managing reservations and ticketing operations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, local government bodies, and other key stakeholders.
- Providing customer service support in line with the airline’s standards.
- Reporting on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Proven track record as a GSA or similar representation in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong sales and marketing capabilities with an established network in the local market.
- Financial stability and operational capability to manage airline representation effectively.
- Compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
