RB Flight BI003 Delayed baggage arrival

Due to adverse weather conditions, a number of checked-in bags on Royal Brunei Airlines flight BI003 from Bandar Seri Begawan to London on 08th January 2019 have been off-loaded to ensure compliance with aircraft weight limitations.
All guests whose baggage is delayed from the flight will be notified upon arrival by our team. Our team are currently working to ensure that all baggage will safely reach their respective owners as soon as feasible.
