Pre-Select Meal

RB SkySavour is a pre-select meal service, offering Business Class guests the convenience of choosing their meals in advance.

  1. RB SkySavour is available for guests who have confirmed reservation in Business Class operated by Royal Brunei Airlines flights departing from Bandar Seri Begawan to selected destinations only. 
  2. Guests who are accepted for RB Upgrades within 24 hours before departure will not be able to choose pre-select meal option.
  3. Guests who have pre-selected meals with RB SkySavour are not advised to change seats. Should you change your seat, please notify a member of our Cabin Crew to avoid delay in serving your meal.  
  4. RB SkySavour is now available for selected flights, including Brunei to Jeddah, Dubai, Melbourne and Tokyo. For guests travelling to London, the pre-selected meal option is only available for Brunei to Dubai.
  5. RB SkySavour must be requested at least seven (7) days prior to departure time from Bandar Seri Begawan.   
  6. Changes to pre-selected meals with RB SkySavour may only be done between seven (7) days and twenty-four (24) hours before departure. 
  7. Guests who do not make any selection of pre-selected meal with RB SkySavour will be served standard onboard meal.  
  8. Menus are subject to change without notice. 
  9. Royal Brunei Airlines has the right to substitute any component of RB SkySavour or change the recipe of pre-select meal. 
  10. While we try to fulfil all RB SkySavour requests, meal choices cannot be guaranteed, and Royal Brunei Airlines reserve the right to change the menu without prior notice. 
  11. In the event where Royal Brunei Airlines cannot serve certain pre-selected meal, Royal Brunei Airlines will substitute the affected meals with a new meal.  Guests will need to re-select their new meal via Manage Booking between seven (7) days and twenty-four (24) hours before departure.  Otherwise, a default meal will be selected. Royal Brunei Airlines shall not be responsible or liable for missing orders. 
  12. In the event of flight delay, flight disruption or flight retime, Royal Brunei Airlines will serve standard onboard meal instead of your pre-selected meal.  
  13. Food may contain nuts, eggs, dairy, seafood or gluten. Royal Brunei Airlines shall not accept any responsibility or liability for the contents of the foods that cause allergies or intolerances.
